A little help, when you need it.
Found a bug or a camera that needs attention? Send feedback from the fujibank page in TestFlight, or email support directly. A screenshot and a few details go a long way.
Reporting a problem
Camera problems are nearly always specific to a body and a firmware version, so a report without those in it usually cannot be acted on. Please include:
- The camera model and its firmware version (on the body: Menu → Set-up → the wrench tab → Firmware Version).
- Your phone or computer and its OS version.
- Which bank (C1–C7) and which film simulation you were working with.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. If a value came back different from the one you set, the exact before and after is the single most useful thing you can send.
Before you send feedback
- The camera isn't detected. Check the cable is a data cable rather than charge-only, and that the camera's USB mode allows a connection. Many bodies default to a mode that will not talk to anything.
- It disconnects part-way through. Almost always the body going to sleep. Charge it, and turn the auto-power-off timer up while you work.
- A written value came back wrong. Every write is read back and checked, so the app tells you when this happens rather than hiding it.
Your recipes are yours
They are plain JSON files. If fujibank ever stops being maintained, nothing is stranded — export them, read them in a text editor, take them wherever you like. There is no account to lose access to and no service to shut down.
